Time to get LOST

That is the trailer for this week's episode of Lost.  I still have a lot of questions after the pictures I posted in last week's Time to get LOST about who Flock (Fake Locke) is - especially after he was seated in the Jesus position of the painting.  It makes me wonder how much more to the story that we really don't know, even though we're down to the last few weeks.  Is there more to the smoke monster than we realize?  Is Jacob actually a bad guy and we're going to learn the details of why this is all happening and what the candidates are really for?  I don't have good answers yet, but I am super excited to try and find them in the coming weeks.

The trailer starts the post this week because of Jack's comments in there.  Flock tells him that they can hurry in there and get Jack's people and be off the island before Widmore realizes what's happening.  Jack's reply, "They're not my people, and I'm not leaving the island."  This brought back the memories of Jack's tattoo from the 9th episode of the 3rd season called "Stranger in a Strange Land."

This second picture is right after Jack gets his tattoo from Achara and at some point we learn the translation of the tattoo means, "He walks amongst us, but he is not one of us."  How are these all related?  Jack and Flocke are now hooked up.  We don't really know if Flocke is the bad guy, although we still suspect it.  Now Jack is saying the people aren't his people. Jack is no longer planning to leave the island and is finally believing in some sort of fate or destiny.  Once again, Jack walks amongst them, but is not one of them.

Are these actually little clues that are revealing some of the mystery as the shows winds down to the finale?  Am I reading too much into this?  What do you think?  Is Flocke really the bad guy, or will the story take a dramatic turn?  Jacob always seemed to walk among the people of the island but was never really one of them...is Jack the new Jacob?  What mysteries are awaiting us?  I'd love for you to comment with your thoughts!

Wow. Good thoughts. I don't remember things like that. And it's crazy that the writers have that much detail involved in the plot and storyline. Genius! After this is all said and done, we need to go through and re-watch the entire show. I LOVE this show!
